The Glen Crest students created drawings and wrote explanations before taking their ideas to iPads to create their designs.Īdriana made a fork with a bracelet that attaches to Garfield’s arm. ![]() Students ages 9 to 13 from around the globe were challenged to design a tool to help Garfield the Cat “enjoy his pasta in a cleaner and neater way.” Last month Glen Crest students entered a design competition, sponsored by Makers Empire 3D, a printing application company, and the New York Institute of Technology.
